Since these treats typically feature a single ingredient, it’s easy to avoid any food allergies your cat might have. The most common varieties are chicken and salmon, which most cats love. Many pet owners use the treats as a food topper as well to get finicky cats to eat their regular food. The freeze-drying process does make the treats brittle, however, so treats getting crushed to dust is a common issue. These treats are typically much more expensive than many other cat treats, but they’re also much higher quality.
